Transfers to LaLa HCS

We love that families have the freedom to choose the provider they want to serve their loved one. We work hand-in-hand with you and other providers to ensure the transfer process to LaLa HCS is seamless.

Transfer Process

  1. Family contacts the new agency (LaLa HCS)
  2. LaLa HCS meets with family and gathers paperwork/sign consents
  3. LaLa HCS communicates to the current agency of the family’s desire to transfer
  4. LaLa HCS submits required paperwork to Texas or COMP
  5. The current agency submits required paperwork to Texas or COMP
  6. Once Authorization is received, we will start care services for the patient  
  7. COMP and Private Insurance transfers can happen at any time, therefore the processing time can be as little as a week
